The Position

As a key helper in our team, your assistance will be valued as we deliver evidence-based personalized care that empowers residents to maintain independence and live fulfilling lives. Reporting to the Facility Manager, you'll take on specific projects and duties as assigned, working closely with the Clinical Manager, Nurse Supervisor, and other team members. Daily Responsibilities:

• Providing your expertise, clinical guidance and advice to your fellow members of the Residential Aged Care Team
• Using resources and equipment wisely and economically to deliver high-quality care to residents
• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand each resident's unique needs
• Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure our residents feel heard and valued
• Building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and service partners as a valued team member
• Adhering to the Aged Care Code of Conduct and Charter of Care Recipients' Rights and Responsibilities as it pertains to Residential Aged Care

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration. 
• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification. 
• Minimum 12 months experience post-registration qualification. 
• Current Driving Licence (preferred)
• Current CPR Certificate. 
• Demonstrated ability to use the Microsoft Office Professional Suite (all applications).
• Excellent Interpersonal and Active Listening Skills. 
• Good Written and Communication Skills. 
• Team player
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise work according to strict guidelines and an eye for detail. 
• Demonstrated decision-making, problem-solving and conflict management skills. 
• Time, Task and Priority Management Skills.

• Hourly rates from $43.67 - $55.34 (depending on experience), including eligibility for NFP (not-for-profit) salary packaging options for permanent employees.
